My picture of Takoda (rescue at Howling Woods Farm) has been circulating the internet. Neat!

So now the next time a tea-partier douchewad dresses as Benjamin Franklin, someone needs to ask him “Hey, how do you feel about Islam, eh? And paganism, ehhhhhhhh?”

It sickens me to know that more people are talking about/aware of this stupid bullshit happening in Gainesville with that fuckface Terry Jones and his douchebag retarded followers and their ass-backwards Qur’an burning than care about the floods in Pakistan.
MILLIONS OF FUCKING HUMAN BEINGS….
Exactly.

My Blogger Account →
Because I’m horrendously indecisive, I’ve gone back to posting on my Blogger. It’s easier to edit and customize. Tumblr is pretty and more streamlined, but ultimately not what I’m looking for in a blog.
I may keep this for short ramblings, or post duplicate entries on each site. I haven’t decided. But for the time being, I’d suggested following my Blogger. I...

Day 29 - Hopes, Dreams and Plans for the Next 365...
I’ve spent the past few months putting all my energy into finding a place and moving out. I’ve also been able to adjust my work situation to be exactly what I need — working from home, for the most part. I can get so much more done when I’m home.
So what’s left for me to hope and dream for? I’ve got a lot of big, long-term aspirations. I’d eventually...

Day 28 - This Year, in Great Detail
This question is also pretty difficult to answer. An entire year in great detail would take volumes — and frankly, I don’t have time to do the research necessary to describe it all.
What I can do, is catch up on the major highlights. Let’s recap, shall we?
August 2009: Saw Inglorious Basterds, was not impressed. Wrapped up my first summer as a “grown-up”.
September...

Day 27 - This Month, in Great Detail
This is a silly question — it’s almost impossible for me to sum up the past month “in great detail” without being repetitive or writing a book. So here are the highlights:
Volunteered with Howling Woods Farm at the Ocean County Fair and the Balloon Festival.
Saw Attica! Attica! perform in a packed, sweaty basement in Hackettstown. It was perfect.
Met with a Siberian...

Day 26 - Your Week, in Great Detail
This week has been filled with mixed emotions. I’m extremely excited and relieved to be in our new place. At the same time, I’m stressed about money and all the things we still need — not to mention a new car and a laptop for myself. I’m worried about my cats getting loose outside or fighting while I’m out. I nervous about the future, and I get the feeling I’m...

Day 25 - Your Day, in Great Detail
Today’s 30-day-challenge topic falls on a rather miserable day. A few hours before I planned to get up, I was jolted awake by a horrendous leg cramp that lasted a few minutes. In my struggle to alleviate the pain, the pack noticed I was awake. Princess ambushed me with purs and head-bumps as I tried desperately to fall back asleep.
I somehow managed to dose off, despite the 15-pound cat on...
